Mike was our hero of the day! Mike came right on time and took a look at our A/C unit and was able to determine the problem. He was very professional and friendly, he explained everything to us in terms we could understand clearly. He fixed our unit quickly and cleaned up after himself. What more could you ask for. Give this man a raise, he was fantastic! We would definitely recommend this company and especially Mike for any service call you may need! We have been with Whitleys for a number of years and for good reason. Fair prices and excellent service.
Super service even with the AC unit we have. When we bought the house the ac was new so we didn't redo it but...whoever installed it did a sloppy job. Whitley had to work around the unit and fixed the mess as best they could. We will probably install a new one next year. sloppy ac installation does not do well with your electric bill. I recommend Whitleys for their professionalism!
Cannot thank Whitleys enough for coming out last minute the day before Thanksgiving to fix our air compressor!!!!!!!!! Service tech was amazing and explained what happened and had our A/C up and running in no time!!! Recommend for excellent customer service and response time!!
