A fuse blew in our A/C and the nicest young man,(Malik ),came out on the weekend to do the repair. He was on time and very thorough. We thought he’d only be here for a few mins. because it was only a fuse. He was here over an hour, and made sure our system was running properly inside and out before he left! We highly recommend this company to anyone and could not get over how inexpensive it was for a weekend call! Thank you Malik! And thank you Riliable Ducts! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service from Isaiah! He was on time and courteous. He took his time servicing our A/C system and was knowledgeable, answering all our questions. We will be sure to use reliable ducts again for our annual servicing needs!

Isaiah did great. Very friendly. However, you promised between 2 and 4 pm. He didn't show until 4:30 pm. I missed my 5 pm meeting because of your company's lack of keeping your appointments on time.
