Exceptional Service from Thigpen Heating and CoolingI recently hired Thigpen for a free indoor air quality inspection. What impressed me was their punctuality. Although the service was scheduled for 8:30 am, Thigpen arrived early and set up their equipment, ready to work before the 8:00 time. They were also able to address some issues with my home's HVAC system. From the moment I called, I was impressed with their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. Brett, Wyatt and Andrew were most professional installing new a duct system in our home. They were hard workers, and were careful to remove items from the attic and clean up any debris. Such nice and polite men.
I wish I would have gotten the young man's name that came out, but he was so knowledgeable and respectful! He was very straight forward and didn't dilly-dally. I've never had such a nice experience with not only the tech but the office staff as well. Thank you Thigpen, for making this a smooth positive experience ?
