“I would like to speak about two words integrity and honesty. We had our system installed by Max Air approximately 5 years ago. They have always maintained the unit and kept it up up to par. Over the past summer we noticed that my heat strips were kicking on when it was 100 degrees. Called them, and they sent their Tech out. He discovered that I had a bad thermostat wire. Well it was summer time I didn't see the need for the heat strips and I put it off. They disconnected the heat strips per my request. Fast forward to the recent cooler weather here in Florida. I called them to fix the issue. They came out and solved the problem. Originally they said the new thermostat wire with labor and install was going to run approximately $160. When they came out to run the wire and do my annual service they discovered that something had not been wired in correctly from the factory. So they called me to tell me that they were able to fix it, I wouldn't have to pay for a new thermostat wire. Saving me the $160. I forgot to mention I'm not at home when they're doing this they have my door code number to service my unit with no one being there. So why is this important, honesty. The owner DJ, could have just charged me $160 for said thermostat wire and not have told me anything. The other word is integrity knowing that you want to run your business the right way. He's a younger man he could have taken that $160 and I would have never been the wiser. But instead he did the right thing and was honest and said that's how I want my business to run. Now I know there's good cases and bad cases, especially in the service industry. I would like to recognize Max Air for being one of the good cases. Earning a client by knowing that I can trust what they're telling me.“

“My AC went out and as anyone in Florida knows that's not something you want to deal with especially in the first heat wave of the year. They were able to come out the very next day, quickly figure out what was wrong, get the part, and have everything fixed the same day.

The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with my dog who felt the need to comment on everything they were doing. I really appreciated that they took the time to clearly explain the issue and answer my questions.

I also ended up signing up for their twice yearly maintenance plan, it was very reasonably priced and a good value so hopefully there will be no more surprises. Overall, I was really happy with the service and will definitely be a long time customer. Thank you Cody, Mike and Della! :)“
