Used them two years ago and had to call again today 08/14/26, due to the extreme heat. My air conditioner chose a hot day to go out. I called Maximum Air Solutions. The repair guy came out, found the issue and gave me options. I was really impressed with how he explained everything. He had to come back because of the part he needed came back next day. My air working. It’s rare in these days to find companies with good customer service and integrity. I’m grateful I found out about Maximum Air Solutions. Was having an issue with my unit, gave Maximum a call & the owner was very responsive. Was somewhat of an after hours repair but Trae was very committed to getting the job done. Was a very thorough process from start to finish, very transparent about everything, & very very well priced. Can’t thank him enough for his efforts. Please consider this business anytime you’re experiencing AC issues, you will not be disappointed!
The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We received the level of service that was only required and no over pricing or unnecessary work. The only area I would recommend is a reminder appointment text a day or two prior. I failed to add it to my calendar when making the appointment, therefore I was at least thirty minutes away when he arrived. However he didn't sit and wait, he went right to work. We will definitely use you for our heating and air needs in the future. Thanks
