I called Service Experts because the heat was not working on my A/C unit. This was on Monday. They came out immediately and fixed the problem. Ken and Andrew were very professional, very informative and very kind.I would call them again without hesitation and highly recommend them. ?
Today I had the good fortune to meet Ken Martinez. The was not only very polite and super helpful. He also has in depth knowledge about the Lennox systems and capability. He went beyond the reason I called and ultimately made my system better. It was a pleasure to have Ken here today!
Wanted to write a review to focus on the excellent customer service that Service Experts has in Ocala... I'm not a huge fan of the national group as there seems to be a lot of miscommunication so I would strongly recommend communicating through the local Ocala area to get the optimal results. I had an experience today where I was set up for an AC heater check through national and when the maintenance technician (Alfred Salas) came out he realized it was a visit that was not needed as it had been checked 3 months prior.
