The team is known for honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and customer service. One customer did months of research and chose this team for a full system upgrade. The old system was removed and a new high-efficiency inverter system was installed. The air handler was replaced, ductwork was improved, ducts were cleaned and sanitized, and attic insulation was upgraded. The installation was neat and professional. The customer appreciated the attention to detail and honest answers without pressure. The crew showed up when promised, treated the home with respect, and left everything clean. Another customer had an AC that stopped after 10-15 minutes. A technician arrived quickly, explained the problem, and fixed it within 30 minutes. He was courteous and friendly and showed the customer how to maintain the unit. This technician had also worked on two friends' homes, and they were very happy with his service. An emergency repair after hours was handled fast. A technician arrived in less than 30 minutes and repaired the unit for a fair price. The customer appreciated the fast and reliable service. Another customer noted the service was great and the technician was cordial and professional, though the bill was a bit high for an emergency night call. They still chose a maintenance contract because they needed a dependable company.
