He was courteous and friendly and showed the customer how to maintain the unit. This technician had also worked on two friends' homes, and they were very happy with his service. An emergency repair after hours was handled fast. A technician arrived in less than 30 minutes and repaired the unit for a fair price. The customer appreciated the fast and reliable service. Another customer noted the service was great and the technician was cordial and professional, though the bill was a bit high for an emergency night call. They still chose a maintenance contract because they needed a dependable company.
I came home after a day at work to a burning hot house and a dead unit around 6:30 PM. Called Alpha Heating and Air just hoping to get on their schedule because it was late in the day. These guys don’t play around they sent a super hero (Abby) over and had me up and running by 8:30 PM. What I was hoping to get taken care of in two days they had knocked out in two hours. After doing months of research and getting multiple estimates, I decided to go with Dustin and his team, and I’m glad I did.
The difference between the before and after is incredible. They removed my old builder-grade system and installed a new high-efficiency inverter system, replaced the air handler, improved the ductwork, cleaned and sanitized the ducts, and upgraded my attic insulation. The installation is neat, professional, and looks like it was done with pride.

My AC was working but after 10-15 minutes it will stop. I called this morning and at 11:00 am Mr. Abby Lopez was here. Extremely knowledgeable, he called to let me know he was on his way. He explain what was wrong with the AC and it was done within 30 minutes. Mr Lopez was very courteous, friendly and before he left, he showed me what I could do to help keep my AC in good working condition. He has worked on 2 of my friends house and they were extremely happy with his service. You can tell he is the type of person that takes pride of his work.
