First shout out is for Tyler, who gave me an honest assessment of the situation and clear, reasonable options for resolution ( which ended up requiring a total replacement.)vTyler also set us up with a temporary portable air conditioner, which was an absolute Godsend during the 2 days it took to install the new system!!!!! What a kind thing to do for us!!! He also gave us a fair price with a discount related to 17 years of utilizing their annual service protection.

Next shout out is to Nick and Taylor ( I hope I have Taylor's name right!) who worked tirelessly in the heat ! Nick especially spent a ton of time working in my HOT attic for 2 solid days! Thank you for being kind, polite, respectful, and incredibly hard working young men! Drew came in to help on the second day and also worked very hard in the heat to help get us up and running! Update: A few days after our first service with Comfort Temp we needed service, late afternoon on a Friday. Osman McLeod came within an hour or so after I called. He worked nonstop for about 3.5 hours performing thorough diagnostics and repairs. He made sure everything was working correctly and well before leaving...for another call, aftee 9:30pm, on a Friday night! Top notch service provided again by a highly experienced expert in a friendly manner. Much appreciated!“
