They even relocated some vents to get better air flow for our bedrooms. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable from Samantha in the office to all of their technicians! “I can only give the highest rating for Johnny at Jarvis Heat and Air! We came home on a Friday evening from a two week vacation during extreme heat and our AC was not working, thermostat read 96 degrees inside! Called at 5:15pm, reached Johnny who said he would be out at 7pm. He was open and straightforward about fees, got to our home at 7pm as promised. Found problem, replaced capacitor and was on his way in about an hour. Very friendly, explained everything, no pressure for additional services offered and cost as quoted. At the end of every maintenance they would review everything with me and inform me of any issues of concern worth monitoring or repairing. But in the 8 years I have been with them, one technician really stands out, and that is Michael Dumas. I can't say enough good things about Michael.There are good technicians and great ones, but Michael is in a class of his own. He is extremely bright, and gives thorough a whole new meaning.
