I thought I could switch out my old thermostat for my new smart one. Well I ended up sleeping for a night with no air conditioning 😔. But when I called All American Air and Electric I explained everything to the young lady who took my call, she then sent my information to Ryan who was EXTREMELY helpful and explained soooo much to me and in a way I would understand (I'm super grateful for that.) We had another great experience with All American Air & Electric! We bought the extended service package a year ago and they have come out three times now. With this extended service package, you receive two visits and 20% off parts. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I had the pleasure of meeting with Brian today and he went above and beyond. He explained the service he was providing today and replaced a part that was needed. I highly recommend All American for anyone looking for any air and electric needs.
