“I phoned this company late Friday afternoon and announced my A/C was not working and that I purchased a maintenance agreement last August when I closed on my home. I was told a service technician would be at my home in 40 minutes.
He was indeed there in 40 minutes. This technician (Sully) was very patient and knowledgeable. After troubleshooting my unit, he communicated every aspect of what was wrong and fixed each issue in a timely manner. He is definitely an asset to Broward Factory Service. I would recommend this service company to everyone.“

“I have had DeSantis AC and Heating take care of my unit since 2014. In 2015, Frank DeSantis came out and together, we decided on the proper size unit for my mobile home. Here it is, 2026 and it still doing well because I get it checked twice a year. You can't expect something mechanical to work properly for ever without proper maintenance. DeSantis AC and Heating may be expensive; but, you get what you pay for. If you want it done right, the first time, ask for DeSantis!“
