Sean Ferson, AC service Tech, was great! He showed up right on time, 9am. He was very professional and informative, explaining our unit and the importance of annual inspections and 3 month filter replacements. He took photos and documented the state of everything. I hope to see him again im 6 months 👍
Chris was the technician and Rob I guess was the boss that we spoke with over the phone and they were amazing and my husband is elderly and we are both very sick and they said they're going to help us get our AC today or tomorrow and they did it at a very fun price and they're even going to give us a portable unit until they can get it installed just to get us by very godly people and we appreciate the overall service and experience to the utmost respect they have I would recommend them I love and beyond so thank you Jack rabbit.
