We are extremely happy with the first phone call to the final service we received. Ryan diagnosed the problem and explained our options. Our last two electric bills were extremely high. From $300.00 for January and $500.00 in February we thought at first it was from running the heat. After speaking with Ryan we concluded it was due to a leak. We opted to purchase a new unit. George was most helpful saying due to our seniority with Hilliard he gave us a generous break on the final cost. Jose and Chris were here and had the job done in 6 hrs. Much to our surprise. We are thoroughly appreciative for a job well done from start to finish. I have referred several people and will continue doing so, Thank you Alyce and Bob

Today, 7/11/2024, Hilliard AC replaced our old AC heating system.
The installers Mike & his Partner arrived at the appointed time and replaced the indoor & outdoor units in the promised time frame.
They installed the new units, hauled away the old units and did a perfect cleanup of the work area, all at a very fair price.
Thay were both very professional, personable and answered all of our questions both during and after installation as well as advised us on proper care of the unit and gave advice and answered questions we didn't think of as well. They were a pleasure to work with.
We couldn't be more pleased with this installation team. We look forward to working with Hilliard AC in the future for our maintenance needs.
Cliff and Andre replaced an existing heat pump with a 2.5 ton Lenox system. The installation looks great and the equipment has been operating flawlessly for a week. Cliff and Andre showed up on time, explained everything and cleaned up all the debris. Hilliard's has been taking care of my AC for the past eight years. I highly recommend them.
