Our AC went out on a Saturday. Tech came over at 11pm to diagnose the problem. Blower motor out. Control panel needs to be replaced. No parts dept open on weekends. Called Monday, parts were expedited and installed on Tuesday. Ruben showed up and went to work. Two and a half hours later…we have cold air again. Ruben was so professional and knowledgeable about what we needed. Would highly recommend Ruben and would request him for all further repairs. ***** 5 stars!
We had our annual a/c maintenance done by Sun Kool. The technician Matt arrived at the scheduled time. He was very personable & professional. He answered our questions in layman’s terms & did a thorough job checking the unit inside & out. He explained how to set the alerts so they are useful. We’ve been satisfied with Sun Kool & would recommend their services.
