“Very professional and easy to communicate with. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because they didn’t check the air ducts at the time of estimate quoting appointment. This should have been done in one appointment to make sure all estimate quotes are presented rather than being caught with surprise at the time of installation with additional charges. The tech guy couldn’t check the ducts in the attic and had to send someone else. They wanted to reschedule the appointment and I had to say no, because it was inconvenient to rearrange my schedule. They should always check the ducts at the same time checking the HVAC units.“

“Our AC was discovered to be malfunctioning on a Friday afternoon by our neighbor who is watching our home. We are out of state and not in a huge hurry, so we called Perfect Air the following Monday morning. By noon that day, they had repaired the unit, replacing a bad capacitor, added a little coolant and were on their way. We knew they installed the Trane AC unit years before we bought the home by the sticker on the unit. Fast, efficient and reasonable. It's always a concern when you are dealing with a repair to your home while you're out of state. This could not have gone better and we'll certainly use them in the future for repair or replacement.“

“Chris did a great job. He actually called and asked if he could come early— which was perfect! He quickly assessed the problem….checked the HVAC with his electronics and pinpointed what needed to be replaced. He had the part we needed on his truck and within 45-60 minutes the unit was fixed. Chris then went about checking the entire unit, cleaned the lines and documented all aspects of the service call. The Munn’s office staff researched the warranty information while Chris was working on the unit and then Chris and I did the final paperwork on his tablet. Wonderful experience— a great company with great employees. Could not be happier!“

“First off these people actually care and if you have a plumbing or mechanical need, USE THEM! So we're opening an RV and Boat Storage facility in Coleman and Nash really saved our hide. Alex was able to fix a venting issue without completely having to redo the plumbing under our anchored office building, something other plumbers could not figure out. Michelle worked for hours trying to find the only ADA sinks in the country that would work for our bathroom because of the specific dimensions and she got them in record time and then Alex of course installed them post haste. I will use Nash for any of my future jobs and they have a pretty good service radius in the Central Florida area. Thanks Guys, Adam“

“Broward Factory Service in Summerfield is great. Yesterday we had a major problem with our refrigator not working after a repair from a Samsung repair vendor. Broward got Matt out the same day and had our refrigator fixed in a matter of minutes. This saved us many dollars in food not going bad. The entire staff is very professional, efficent and personable. Laura who does the appointment setting is great and we love the followup she does.
