I would like to speak about two words integrity and honesty. We had our system installed by Max Air approximately 5 years ago. They have always maintained the unit and kept it up up to par. Over the past summer we noticed that my heat strips were kicking on when it was 100 degrees. Called them, and they sent their Tech out. He discovered that I had a bad thermostat wire. Well it was summer time I didn't see the need for the heat strips and I put it off. They disconnected the heat strips per my request. Fast forward to the recent cooler weather here in Florida.
