Joshua Naylor was the gentleman that came to my house today to do Maintance work on my ac unit works at our Place air and home repair company.
Josh was such an amazing respectful gentleman.
He explained everything he was going to do and gave me information on how to maintain my light bill low.. I can't express enough on how much of a sweet angle Joshua is. Customer service was on point. Information that was given was on point. I will be requesting for Joshua to be the guy to come out for every maintenance due.. Our AC went out yesterday and first thing this morning Nate arrived and saved us from the heat. Within the first 5 min he identified and isolated the problem. He took the time to show us the problem, explain the cause, and how to fix it. He worked quickly and diligently. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and he respected our property. He looked up our membership account and verified the cost with us before doing any work. Even after the issue was fixed he checked the unit to be sure nothing else was wrong, and he showed us how to prevent the issue in the future. So thankful that he was the tech that arrived.
