Called for service since these folks had installed the unit for the previous owners. Was told they were pretty busy, but less than an hour later the tech had arrived, diagnosed and done the repair. And it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Very pleased with the whole experience.
I would, like to say, I have used this company for 20 years now. My A/C died last week, and they came right out, they tried to get it going again, but to no avail. They were kind enough to bring me a portable one to use until my new one came in. They installed my new one yesterday and I am extremely pleased with their service. The two young men that installed it were very professional and courteous. They went over and above as far as I am concerned and at a fair price. Thank you so much for everything. Great company. I will absolutely use them again.
We have used Ponds for years for routine maintenance and we knew, the AC unit being 18 years old was going to go sooner then later. Well it let go so we contacted Ponds and the efficiency of the office staff right to the techs that installed the new unit was and 11 on a scale of 10. The entire staff were prompt in getting us a new unit and getting it installed in the shortest possible time. I would especially like to thank Cody for going above and beyond to helps us with all our needs and answer all our questions. The cost was reasonable.
