F45 is the way to go!! I have tried multiple gyms and none are like F45. The workouts keep you on your toes, the music is always good, and the trainers are all awesome. I def recommend :)
I love this place, if you struggle to get to the gym and know what to do when you actually get there this class is perfect for you. The music gets you going and the coaches are very helpful!
I'm really glad I joined F45. Being older and a little overweight, I was overwhelmed and embarrassed at first but I'm pushing through. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I wish I joined a long time and ago.
