This review is long overdue! I’ve been with Gerardo since 2019. While he has changed venues ( Equinox, backyard workouts, Double up dance studio and now Fit club in Westport ) his workouts remain incredible! He is motivating and encouraging and pushes you to achieve your goals. We are all different ages, and athletic levels and he caters the workout to each of us so effortlessly. It’s the benefit of a group workout along with customization to meet your individual needs. I have seen such progress and I’m so much stronger. My energy levels and endurance have increased tremendously. Try one of his classes, you won’t regret it!
