Simply life savers! They rehabbed my back and abs among other things from years of bad posture, lack of stretching and stationary living. Gave me a new lease on life and tools to maintain it!

For years, I struggled with TMJ pain, convinced it was my left side. Dr. Mike, who in seconds pinpointed a knotted area on my right – Unlike countless doctors before him, Dr. Mike actually found the problem! Two sessions later, the pain has subsided, with smooth jaw movement and genuine relief. If you're battling with TMJ, Physical Synergy and Dr. Mike will give you results and improvement of your TMJ. Dr. john has some of the best hands and skills in the tri state area for what ails you. Today I had Grayson technique and dry needling on my right shoulder. I highly recommend!!!!Janine in the back office will handle billing/insurance like a boss!
