    Good trainers, good team environment and good workouts. Good balance between strength and cardio days and workouts are never the same, enjoyed having variety with the classes.

    I’ve tried everything from Soul Cycle to personal trainers and although they were great I eventually found myself giving up after a month or two. The team at F45 Training South Norwalk are not only professional but they motivate me to push myself every day while making it fun. I recommend F45 Training South Norwalk to anyone of all fitness levels that want to feel accomplished after a workout in a short period of time.
