Fuelco Discount Oil Co. is a reliable and caring company that goes above and beyond for its customers. They have shown great dedication by making multiple attempts to deliver oil even to difficult locations, such as steep, unpaved driveways that are hard to access during bad weather. Customers appreciate their persistence and willingness to overcome obstacles to ensure delivery before storms. The staff, including Laurie in West Hartford, are known for their professionalism, patience, and kindness, often taking the time to explain options clearly. Many customers feel thankful for the helpful service, especially during tough winter months, and trust Fuelco as their go-to for oil needs.
I have used Fuelco Home Heating Oil for several years. I've had the pleasure of speaking with Lori on the telephone and she has always been an excellent representative of Fuelco. They also have had the best pricing time after time. Thank you Lori! A great Newington company!
Such a great company. Unfortunately I missed my delivery time due to weather and getting out of an overnight shift, I spoke with Laurie in the front office who was extremely understanding and respectful with my situation. She did everything in her power to get me back into the schedule and also provided great advice on how to manage until then. We’ve used them for years and will continue to use them as long as I live in the area.
Amazing people Fuelco came to my rescue, I was on empty and could not get a delivery from several other companies that I called all were booked thru the week, with no heat or hot water, they rescheduled their deliveries to move me up to get my oil delivery.
