Such a great company. Unfortunately I missed my delivery time due to weather and getting out of an overnight shift, I spoke with Laurie in the front office who was extremely understanding and respectful with my situation. She did everything in her power to get me back into the schedule and also provided great advice on how to manage until then. We’ve used them for years and will continue to use them as long as I live in the area.
Amazing people Fuelco came to my rescue, I was on empty and could not get a delivery from several other companies that I called all were booked thru the week, with no heat or hot water, they rescheduled their deliveries to move me up to get my oil delivery.
Delivery was great.. read your email, make sure there’s a path for them to get to your fuel intake and that’s it. Respectfully, totally would propose to the driver 💍💍! All jokes aside, great service. Everyone, I’m being a brat, everyone is great, respectful and made sure I had oil, even though I slacked and I ran out on one of the possible coldest winters.
