“I had been having trouble with a sump pump in my crawlspace. At times, it wouldn't activate when the pit was full. As a result , I would have water in the crawlspace. The other night, I came home to a sump pump not working and water on the floor of the area. It was after hours, I left a message for Ted and he responded quickly. He explain the cost to swap out the pump and he was at my home about an hour later. He inspected the existing pump, flows, pipe fitting, swap out the pump in a short period of time! “I first met Julian in 2018 when he replaced the hot water heater in my home and he did such a fabulous job that I have reached out for many scheduled - and unscheduled - projects. I recently completed a kitchen and flooring renovation where Julian was originally arranged to only install my new appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range (including updating the gas line that I had capped nearly 20 years ago), disposal and kitchen faucet. Of course, plans don't always go smoothly and unanticipated leaks by other contractors during the reno resulted in two different emergency visits after very panicked calls from me. Julian's quality of work including replacing many older lines, patience in guiding me to triage until he could get to my house, and calm demeanor in explaining the unanticipated challenges that popped up (or he discovered along the way) was amazing.
