“I cant say enough good about sheehy plumbing....I had a serious problem with my toilet where the bolts were snapped off that hold the toilet to the floor and the whole toilet moved....called and within hours Larry was out after he did a service call he was on ....he did the job in less then an hour... the big thing I can say about Sheehy plumbing that puts them ON TOP of the rest of ALL the plumbers in CT ....IS....they answer their phone when you call and you don't get an answering machine or just a no call.....and they return calls....when you call after hours..and have to use an answering machine...they even have an emergency number and Mike the owner picks up right away....I've called other plumbers and NONE answered me back...even when I called the plumber that originally put my toilet in.....he said he was to busy....nice huh...won't be doing business with that MIDDLEFIELD plumber again OH...and the price was very reasonable....no complaints....Larry is the service guy...ask for him....hes been in the business for years and knowledgeable ......Mike is the owner and very respectable guy.....Thank you Sheehy Plumbing“

“My elderly mother in laws furnace went out in the cold weather , after two companies came and said must be replaced . John came and would not leave until she had heat . He told me the system needed to be replaced but it will hold for a little while . I asked him to quote job . He came in 5 thousand lower then one company and 2 thousand lower then another . Today he showed up at 7 am like he said he would and by noon he and Slade had removed and reinstalled a completely new system . So happy and thankful .“

“Love these guys. They do -excellent- work and don't shy away from difficult jobs. My home HVAC is located in a half-basement and accessed through a shoulder-width hatch in the floor. They literally took my new HVAC apart and rebuilt it in the basement to install it; no other HVAC companies that I spoke with wanted to touch that job (understandably). And the unit has functioned beautifully for 2 years since then. Friendly, hard working group that I would use again and again.“

“For timeliness, these guys were second to none. I called, and they happened to have an opening the very next day. My wife works from home and I was away that day. She felt secure with Andrew and Alex. Their professional and friendly demeanors enabled her to feel safe home alone; and undisturbed for the most part while she worked her job, and they worked theirs. We had sensitivities to stuff coming out of the ducts prior to NAQS's arrival. After their cleaning and sanitizing of the ducts and vents, the atmosphere was markedly improved. The air is significantly cleaner, fresher.I would give them 5 stars, but they had promised pictures, which we haven't ever received. I'd be happy to amend it to 5 stars if the photos happen to show up in my customer portal. :-)“

“The best furnace cleaning I have ever had done. The owner happened to come to my house. He used instruments to check how clean it was burning in pipe to chimney several times till he was satisfied and measured my draft. I’ve had 6 or 7 others over the years that never checked these things. Others just changed nozzle and filter a couple quick strokes of the brush and a rag and there done and charge 30% more for 50% less work“

“We highly recommend Masters Heating and Air Conditioning for your heating and air conditioning needs. They remained communicative, responsive and helpful while our air conditioning unit broke down. They quickly got us on their schedule when we initially called them to report a problem, were at our house and explained what was wrong with the unit, and worked their hardest to ensure we were back on their schedule to have the unit repaired/replaced despite shipping logistic issues that seem to effect virtually every industry these days. Alan was informative throughout the process, worked quickly and was instrumental to keeping us on track. Michelle was extremely helpful keeping us on schedule and responsive to our questions and concerns. When she wasn't able to help us, she made sure the right person was there who could provide us with the needed information.
