“I have been using Andy Wotton Plumbing for about 14 years, ever since I bought my home. Back then it was just Andy and it’s been great to watch the company grow over the years while maintaining the same outstanding quality and customer service.

Their prices may not be the lowest, but the workmanship is second to none. When they fix something, it’s fixed right the first time. I’ve never had to call them back because of a repair.

As a long-time customer, I have also appreciated how responsive they are during emergencies. After a winter storm and cold spell, an outdoor water faucet burst. They got someone to my house right away.

Most recently, Szymon handled a couple of service calls. He was excellent, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone I have dealt with at Andy Wotton Plumbing, including the wonderful woman who answers the phone, has been courteous and a pleasure to work with.

We originally applied for a Home Energy Audit through the state, and Terado came to our house to conduct the audit and provide us with an estimate for the work. Jaden and Dontel came to our house to insulate our walls through the exterior and insulate our basement ceiling, as well as providing an attic hatch cover. They were so careful not to break our exterior shakes and the house looked pristine after they were gone (like we never had the house insulated). “My HVAC system was 35 years old and I was in need of replacement for heating and air.
I interviewed four HVAC companies before Midstate Mechanical.
The four companies showed up with nice vehicles and fancy software but some couldn't answer simple questions like how many years of experience do your installers have, because I read that the installation is key to a successful HVAC system.

To the rescue Midstate Mechanical.
Very easy to work with, knowledgeable and with decades of experience. They were able to install a second zone and a two Stage system for less than the price that others were quoting for a single stage single zone.

From the moment I met Larry my gut told me this was my guy. I am so happy with my decision.

“12-7-2025 Sunday. I had woke up only to smell like a burning smell. Was thinking the blower unit fan. Had shut down the unit. Had called Crowell who installed the unit when the house was built in 2007. Was kind of jonesen due to the cold temps coming. Brian had come out and had fixed the unit.
Had gotten to know Brian over the years and is extremely knowledgeable and won't screw you over like most HVAC people. For all the negative reviews I just don't see it . I repair manufacturing equipment CNC'S and robotics completely different from HVAC. Kudos to Crowell“

“I have had a lot of experience dealing with HVAC companies over the years and Campbell Cooling is bar none, the best company I've ever worked with. I previously used another company for (2) large projects which had been an absolute nightmare. Before doing any work, Kevin at Campbell was kind enough to point out my machine was probably under warranty still and if anyone but the installing company touched it, would void my warranty and didn't even charge me a service charge to come out initially. This was my first sign this company was top notch. Eventually, I had enough and asked Campbell to take over and get my unit up and running for the summer. Kevin identified and resolved the issue (which the other unnamed company could not find) AND did it for a fair price that was literally 400% less than the other company. Price gouging is alive and well with many of these big HVAC companies; not Campbell.

It is nearly impossible to find good, honest contractors these days with a business model centered on honesty with a family-first approach. Campbell is the last of a dying breed and I look forward to using them again for my family's HVAC needs in the future. Do yourself the favor and give them a call.“
