We had a wonderful experience with this company. We originally applied for a Home Energy Audit through the state, and Terado came to our house to conduct the audit and provide us with an estimate for the work. Jaden and Dontel came to our house to insulate our walls through the exterior and insulate our basement ceiling, as well as providing an attic hatch cover. They were so careful not to break our exterior shakes and the house looked pristine after they were gone (like we never had the house insulated). We had a home energy assessment performed by Ryan Dumas and his team and they were great. Really knowledgeable and enthusiastic about energy improvements. They were able to achieve a 20% reduction in air leakage in my home through their improvements. They also helped me obtain significant state rebates so I could better insulate my attic. Their insulation team led by Jaylen did an excellent job as well. Recently, I had an issue where a door seal became too tight in the winter weather and Ryan responded the same day to help adjust the seal and door so it would lock smoothly again. These guys standby their work!
