Chris is very skilled and willing to do small tasks as well as bigger jobs.. We met him because our loan officer called several handymen in the area about making small repairs that the home appraiser said were necessary. In those calls, he found Chris the most accommodating and pleasant of the group. When Chris finished the required repairs, we asked him about several other tasks that needed to be done, and he has been back twice. He tore up very oldcarpeting and sanded, then painted, a stairway off the living room. When he found spots of rotted wood, he repaired them immediately. He also repaired a guard rail on our deck and is installing a light and fan over the stove. I would highly recommend this man for his willingness to do quality work in a reasonable time frame and at a competitive rate.Services: Cleaning

We had a faucet that was leaking underneath the kitchen counter. Leaving came and fixed it. He found the kind of faucet we wanted and went right to work. His work is excellent! He then came back and put a mixer on the furnace so that the water would not be so hot coming from the boiler. His work was absolutely wonderful! He did such a great job!! He cleans up after himself and leaves no mess. I recommend Kevin. He was recommended to us by our burner man.

My mother ended up with water in her furnished basement after some recent intense rain. I live out of state and needed to work with people who were professional and took ownership of the entire problem.I spoke with Denise and she was very informative and helpful. I drove down and met the crew to let them into the house. The young man running the crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I left them there feeling pretty good after just a few minutes.Over the next few days I got updates from my mom as they came in a couple of days to check how things were progressing and after about a week they cleared their stuff out and reset the carpet. All was good.The job was 100% turn key, requiring zero involvement. Yes it cost money. But they did what they said they were going to do for about what they estimated it would cost. The job was complete and. professionally done. They even helped my mom put the furniture back in place.I can't recommend them enough.
