For timeliness, these guys were second to none. I called, and they happened to have an opening the very next day. My wife works from home and I was away that day. She felt secure with Andrew and Alex. Their professional and friendly demeanors enabled her to feel safe home alone; and undisturbed for the most part while she worked her job, and they worked theirs. We had sensitivities to stuff coming out of the ducts prior to NAQS's arrival. After their cleaning and sanitizing of the ducts and vents, the atmosphere was markedly improved. When I learned I should have my air ducts cleaned I had some apprehension in finding a company to do the job. Fortunately a friend highly recommended National Air to me. From the minute I first spoke with the owner I was comfortable. He clearly explained what was involved in the cleaning and gave me the cost on the phone. His team of three people were not only very capable but they were also very nice human beings to work with. They did a great job and, when finished, left my house even cleaner than when they arrived. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the experience of working with National Air and would strongly recommend them.
