“I highly recommend Rich and Northern Comfort Services for any HVAC needs. We completely forgot to schedule our furnace cleaning earlier in the season, and we’re looking up local companies that had availability. We were able to get an appointment in less than a week, and the online scheduling was so easy! Rich cleaned our furnace, he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The next day, we had a furnace issue unrelated to the work Rich had done the day prior. He returned our call within a half hour and was back at our house to help!
