“From the moment he walked in the door until he left, he treated my service like gold! He greeted me by name and addressed the concern of the furnace with a number of ways to go about repairing it. He weighed out the pros and cons of each option with me to come up with the right plan. The service was great and accurate. Direct Home Services was hands down the best way for me to go.”
“Matt did a great job installing our new faucets. We had one kitchen and two bathroom faucets that we needed replaced with new ones. He made sure they were properly lined up and working and took the old faucets off our hands. This is the third time we have used Blue Frog for plumbing and we continue to be very pleased with their workmanship.”
“Alexander was very knowledgeable and did a great job with unclogging our shower drain. I was shocked at how much hair he was able to get out. We’re so happy to be able to take a shower without waiting two hours for the water to drain.”
