“I cant say enough good about sheehy plumbing....I had a serious problem with my toilet where the bolts were snapped off that hold the toilet to the floor and the whole toilet moved....called and within hours Larry was out after he did a service call he was on ....he did the job in less then an hour... the big thing I can say about Sheehy plumbing that puts them ON TOP of the rest of ALL the plumbers in CT ....IS....they answer their phone when you call and you don't get an answering machine or just a no call.....and they return calls....when you call after hours..and have to use an answering machine...they even have an emergency number and Mike the owner picks up right away....I've called other plumbers and NONE answered me back...even when I called the plumber that originally put my toilet in.....he said he was to busy....nice huh...won't be doing business with that MIDDLEFIELD plumber again OH...and the price was very reasonable....no complaints....Larry is the service guy...ask for him....hes been in the business for years and knowledgeable ......Mike is the owner and very respectable guy.....Thank you Sheehy Plumbing“

“I called Degree H&C for a weekend emergency. The initial gentleman I talked to on the phone was very professional and organized in his triage of my issue. I then received an immediate follow-up call within 15 mins from a local technician who was at my house within an hour. He worked tirelessly on my boiler with a very obvious desire to identify the true underlying problem rather than quickly patch the issue with a temporary solution. He identified a few possible sources for our issue and fixed them on site in 2-3 hours. He returned the next day to ensure it was working as it should without charging an additional second visit fee.Overall, I was very impressed with the service, professionalism, and communication from the company as whole but was especially thankful for our technician Toby for his dedication and expertise. Would absolutely recommend their services!“

“Outstanding service. We moved to a new home and had a very old Boiler and Michael helped to install new Boiler and Heater. He is very professional, through and fixed the Heater and Boiler quickly. He also helped to install gas stove in Kitchen. He made sure we have all our appliances ready for our move in on time.We had a very old shower which was not kid friendly Michael tried to understand our exact needs and installed a shower and hand shower which really helped my kid to bathe easily. He is really a very good listener and tries to understands the customer needs. He also buys the appliances needed and brings to home by himself which really saved lot of my time.Michael is great and awesome. “My elderly mother in laws furnace went out in the cold weather , after two companies came and said must be replaced . John came and would not leave until she had heat . He told me the system needed to be replaced but it will hold for a little while . I asked him to quote job . He came in 5 thousand lower then one company and 2 thousand lower then another . Today he showed up at 7 am like he said he would and by noon he and Slade had removed and reinstalled a completely new system . So happy and thankful .“

“Late 2019 the boiler at out Church had a catastrophic failure just as the winter cold began. First Choice Home Services, Al, stepped up to the plate to help. He found a boiler replacement but delivery was a problem because of Covid. There were delivery issues and Al was willing to travel to get the parts if needed. He quickly arranged to install the boiler and get everything working. Also, he provided some temporary heat to the building to try and keep the building somewhat warm. The basement was old, damp and dark. Al and his team made everything come together timely. He is also someone who returns your call promptly. His workmanship is the highest quality and he is highly recommended. I first met the son Mike at 7-11 in Newington when we just moved into town and he over heard us my wife and i talking to another guy about oil service, Mike came over and gave me a card and said, don't worry we'll take care of you and if the new house needs any service call us.
