“For timeliness, these guys were second to none. I called, and they happened to have an opening the very next day. My wife works from home and I was away that day. She felt secure with Andrew and Alex. Their professional and friendly demeanors enabled her to feel safe home alone; and undisturbed for the most part while she worked her job, and they worked theirs. We had sensitivities to stuff coming out of the ducts prior to NAQS's arrival. After their cleaning and sanitizing of the ducts and vents, the atmosphere was markedly improved. The air is significantly cleaner, fresher.I would give them 5 stars, but they had promised pictures, which we haven't ever received.
