I am only too happy to acknowledge the excellent service and customer care that Mike and Evan have shown in my home. They are professional, kind and they put paper booties on! They don’t goof off and play on their phones; they are always focused on their work, unless they are showing the proper amount of attention my dog expects of them. Mike is a great teacher to Evan and Evan is an enthusiastic learner. I wish all of the other service providers that come into my home were as good as your crew!

Absolute Air continues to be the best at HVAC needs for our home. Service for the Veismann boiler for our 1806 home as well as the install and maintenance of the numerous splits has exceeded our expectations. Intricacies of older homes is tricky! The knowledge and professionalism EVERY time they come out to our home is excellent. So a shout out and huge thanks to Lori, Elizabeth, Josh, Dillon, John and team Absolute AIR. ?

Exceptional customer service and quality work. The Mitsubishi website referred us to Absolute Air for mini split installation in our home. Lori in the office and Josh, who did our initial consultation were very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We got a very detailed quote that included information about energy rebates. Josh also recommended Energize CT for low rate financing. Our pre-install visit and then installation went very smoothly. Everyone was professional, respectful, and extremely hard-working.
