The best furnace cleaning I have ever had done. The owner happened to come to my house. He used instruments to check how clean it was burning in pipe to chimney several times till he was satisfied and measured my draft. I’ve had 6 or 7 others over the years that never checked these things. Others just changed nozzle and filter a couple quick strokes of the brush and a rag and there done and charge 30% more for 50% less work

We just closed on a property in Meriden. A couple days after, the tenant on the first floor called saying that her heat wasn't working. We called Giacco Oil and they were out there the same day, figured out the problem, found the parts, drove to Springfield the next day and had the furnace fixed the next afternoon. I bought my home 5 years ago. The older furnace wouldn't kick on today. I found the Giacco Oil sticker on the unit and decided to call! I left a message before hours and at 8am, I had a call back and technicians at my house within 10 minutes! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Isolated the problem and fixed it, within 30 minutes, we were warm again! All around great experience, timely response to my inquire, onsite within specified time, answered all questions and figured the problem out in minutes!Best service experience all around, that I have had since becoming a homeowner.
