“This winter, like many people, we had ice dam issues. We had water running into the second story, running through the walls finding its way to our first floor ceiling. What started out as a small stain soon became a much bigger problem. United came right out, searched the walls and ceilings for moisture spots, getting a better idea of what was actually going on. They set us up with industrial fans and dehumidifiers to completely dry out our walls and ceiling. One of their main goals was to completely dry out our walls and ceiling to make sure mold would not grow. They came back several times during the week that we had these fans to make sure the fans and dehumidifiers were doing their job. Checking to see if they needed repositioning and if any new “hotspots” had formed. I felt like we got great personal service and that they were truly committed to fixing our issues.”
