Justin was amazing! He did a thorough search- took pictures of air handlers and stood in the rain with me for 1/2 hour helping me understand the cooling system in an older house we just bought. As an untrained woman in this area, he took the time to walk me through every detail and explain it in a way that immensely helped me balance my options and costs - 10 stars!

We have been using Ductworks for the past 13 years and have never had a less than positive experience.The technicians who have performed our regular maintenance have been knowledgeable and thorough. Any time we have needed repairs or replacements, they are done promptly and expertly. Our most recent service technician was Justin, who went above and beyond in explaining the status of our system and making both short-term and long-term recommendations. We can recommend this company without reservation.

Tucker was very knowledgeable and discovered a wiring problem that several other professionals missed. My major problem was addressed, and my HVAC is now much quieter, most of the time. Tucker is professional and personable and easy to work with. I definitely recommend this company.
