I recently purchased a home with a boiler from the 80's that decided to stop working a month after purchase causing great flooding in my basement during the middle of winter (on snow days). Bill came immediately to the rescue. He provided great detailed information and recommendations. He and his team were incredibly professional and installed a much more efficient boiler at a reasonable market price on a time where other businesses were trying to take advantage of the vulnerable position I was in.
