775 Wood Ave, Bridgeport“Lots of therapists to choose from. I usually take a while to warm up when i start at a new place but the doctors were all very nice. I'd been to 3 different pt doctors and one for occupational therapy. All were very thorough. My one qualm with the PT is that they spend soooo much time on the laptop DURING the session. I almost wonder how they can assess me when they're looking at desktop more than me. My OT therapist was very hands on and attentive however. We spent one session with him literally holding my hands the entire time! It was actually comforting..i have RA and my hands suffer. The compression and warmth helps. Nonetheless, it was a decent place for what I was going for. I was just looking to learn some stretches and tips to combat my condition. Im just used to more personable therapy. When I need therapy for an actual injury, I think I'd probably go to my other place. Buy again they were good for what I was needing at this time.“

I was looking for a fitness center to try out in Shelton and noticed the 5 star reviews so decided to check it out and I am glad I did. All the coaches are super friendly and more than willing to help you out wherever you are on your journey. I will like to give a special shout out to coach Ruben who I have been training with. He is honest, open, motivating (i love his quote: No challenge, no change), supportive, and I especially like how he is client focused. When he is working with you he is only focused on your workout and helping you reach your goals (he truly tunes everyone out) which I appreciate. I will end with a personal example to show much Ruben and BDx Fitness have truly helped me out. One exercise I have been working hard on is leg press and when I first started, my PR was around 140 lbs. After working with Ruben and training hard based on his program, I have gotten my PR up to 300 lbs (all in a few months). I highly recommend checking this place out and hope you have the same experience as I and many others do.“

“I have been working with Aiden at Sherpa for several months, and just started working with Justin, one of the cycling coaches. Nothing but good things to say about both, and about Sherpa in general. Great facilities, flexible hours and approach, and a level of knowledge I have never encountered before: Aiden is both a trainer and possibly the best "unofficial" physical therapist I have every come across. Great outfit, recommend without reservation.“

35 Nutmeg Dr STE 105, Trumbull“During my first visit, Dr. Craig Spann was able to get to the bottom of what was causing the shoulder/ arm pain and numbness I had been experiencing for the last few years. Subsequent visits along with specific exercises provided for me to do at home over the next few months helped to alleviate the symptoms to a point where I am now virtually pain free. Craig is an outstanding physical therapist who very clearly explains the "why" behind his diagnosis and treatment plan. He has gone above and beyond to answer my many questions and help provide me with information to help with my recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Craig Spann to anyone looking for relief and healing from pain and injuries.“

I have had numerous surgeries over the years and Pedro always works with me to adjust my exercise program during those times. I have also over the years had some bumps in the road with family issues. Pedro is always concerned with my health. He is also very knowledgeable about nutrition which I believe goes hand in hand with exercise. This is the first gym where my preferences and needs are taken into account, and communicated between my primary trainer Chris. The incentive to go is the results achieved, but they work had to keep it interesting and fun. They are incredibly flexible, working completely around my needs and schedule. It's a large enough gym to have all that's needed yet small enough that you get to know others working out by name. This truly says something about a service company, as PTP has a large number of repeat clients.“

They broke down my numbers and provided me With information for me to reach my goals going forward. I signed up today! If anyone is hesitant or overthinking, my best advice is to come to the LA fitness here in the Trumbull location they make you feel welcome. If your contemplating and losing weight don’t hesitate.“
