“My furnace would not turn on, so i called for hvac repair and found a much more reasonable service call price. The technician, roman, arrived quickly in Glendale and checked the whole heating system to make sure it was running the right way. The issue ended up being a bad thermostat, and roman replaced it fast and tested everything before leaving. he also explained the repair in simple terms and made sure the heat was working evenly through the house. The visit was easy, professional, and affordable, and we had a nice conversation during the service. i highly recommend this heating and ac repair team, and they are my go-to company now for furnace and thermostat service.“

“Today was a normal maintenance scheduled, however our AC stopped working a week after I made the apt. I had the pleasure of meeting Nash who got to work testing and looking at the unit as a whole making sure the maintenance side was handled.

Nash had the issue figured out within minutes of being at my home. He had the capacitor (part that failed) in his van. This made for a same day fix.

I reviewed all the social media for The Weather Chasers and read tons of the reviews on the site. I decided to sign up annually making this a partnership by getting the membership.

Big shout out to you Nash. I appreciate not only the work you were paid to do, but for also being human and chatting about family and real life.

A further thank you for the support received via texting and calling the number. Very prompt, still real people handling customer service means a lot to me. Automations are nice but cut off the human element. I can’t tell you how much value this had in my decision making for the membership.

Jacob from Rock Heating & Plumbing diagnosed it realizing that model type of faucet was not available anymore. He quickly had everything on the truck to install a newer model. He repaired the copper water line aswell and now good to go!

The installer Angel was excellent; he worked a 13 hour day on the first day and had to come back and finish on the second day, but I could tell he cared about his work and was willing to go the extra mile to do it right. “Dylan Wilson is such a great technician. We have a really old house and I’ve had the plumbing lines cleaned once a year for the past 4 years to avoid backups. But we are so much better off now that he was our technician. He was able to figure out where the problem was (a bottle neck in the piping design) and installed the correct configuration which is the long term solution. He also found about 20ft of a broken snake line INSIDE the line that had folded on itself three times ? It had been left by a previous tech from another company and was causing back up issues! His years in the field allowed him to find and fix a problem that others had missed or didn’t care enough to address. He also went above and beyond with clean up. Very grateful!“

It finally started tripping our breaker during peak heat and we knew it was struggling. The compressor unit had an old Lakeside Heating A/C sticker still on it from the original install. I called the number and was pleasantly surprised they were in business after all these years! I also researched their glowing reviews, and I'm glad I went with them as the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable. We installed a new heat pump w/ furnace backup (our furnace was also 30 years old!) and the install was frictionless.
