“My name is Jon Williams and I had the pleasure of having Alex and Sam out at my house in Castle Rock to clean all of my air ducts. I heard how cleaning our air ducts could improve the air quality of our house and help with allergies. We moved in our home 6 years ago and we have pets and the previous owners had them too, out of desperation for my wife’s allergies we decided it was time to try Monster Vac. We could not fit this appointment into our schedule between Monday and Friday and we were very grateful when Alex and Sam volunteered to come out on a Saturday to get us taken care of! Both of them were extremely courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable. Alex took the time to explain to me their entire process so that I knew exactly what to expect before they got started. He also showed me that they cleaned all of their tools and utensils prior to using them in our HVAC system to prevent cross-contamination from other homes. Once they were done, they showed me all of the before and after pictures and made sure that I was happy. To be honest the before pictures were disgusting with loads of dog hair lining the air ducts, it was obvious this was way overdue! The after pictures were impressive, they did a fantastic job! Furthermore, my wife has struggled with allergies for many, many years and woke up every morning sneezing and watering eyes. After the air duct cleaning, the VERY next day we had instant improvement! No more constant sneezing and no more watering eyes! I would strongly recommend Monster Vac to any of my neighbors, friends or family who are in need of getting their air ducts cleaned. The whole entire time they were here they respected my house and made sure that everything was cleaned up behind them once they were done. The installation took two days and the technicians were always on time and communicated well. The technicians were very clean and professional. “David and Kotah just left my house and they did an amazing job. Very professional, fast and knowledgeable. As soon as they got to my house they answered all my questions and concerns.
I was getting a swamp cooler removal where it was located on the side of my house.
The swamp cooler was 15 feet off the ground. They removed it and did an amazing job patching the hole on the outside. They also patched the area in my living room where the swamp cooler came into. Not only dod they patch it. They also put in the required insulation needed.

I am very pleased with the work. They have a customer now and in the future if anything else come up regarding any home repairs or renovations.
