Furnace stopped working over the night during a blizzard (of course!). I called Ultimate on a Saturday morning after trying a couple of simple things myself. They had an on-call person who was available to be at my home in 20 minutes, despite the blizzard! Kyle, the technician, was friendly, helpful, explained everything to me about what he found, and reviewed every aspect of the costs with me before moving forward. It was a great experience, I was happy to sign up for the membership so Ultimate can continue to ensure my heat and AC are working as they should!

Ultimate was very easy to schedule with. They had quick availability. The tech, Andrew, was very friendly and did a great job diagnosing and explaining the issue with my furnace. Very fair pricing. I would use them again in the future!

I contracted with Ultimate to replace my 24-year old furnace, air conditioner, and whole house humidifier. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone that I dealt with at the company. Kyle, who provided a competitive system quote, was very responsive to all of my questions, even taking time out during a holiday weekend. Brittany and Christina from the front office were very helpful and timely in answering my questions about system maintenance and getting the installation scheduled promptly.Jr, Ricardo, Kiki, and Colton were the service technicians that performed the installation.
