I don’t often feel compelled to write reviews, but my experience with this company absolutely deserved one.
After my air conditioner stopped working, I initially had another HVAC company come out. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat and recommended replacing it. Although I had no reason to believe that diagnosis was incorrect, something about the experience didn’t sit right with me. I felt rushed and sold to as opposed to helped. So I decided to keep my appointment with this company for a second opinion. I’m incredibly glad I did.

Working with Ultimate was awesome in every aspect from communication to installation to the friendliness of the guys, and the help from the office, and the follow up service. It was a great experience and I most definitely recommend them! And my new energy efficient AC unit works great! Thank you Ultimate.
