I had used Controlling Systems years ago and had forgotten about them. In looking for a company to do maintenance on our furnace, i found the original invoice email and had written a note to myself that said “excellent and professional work.” I called them a few days ago and nothing has changed. Ernesto was prompt, courteous and helpful with questions I had. Happy to have an HVAC company to work with that seems to care about their clients and are trustworthy.
I met with the team for the first time today. I have to say, I was very impressed with their knowledge and recommendations. This is the third bid I am obtaining to replace a century old boiler, and the first two companies couldn’t answer technical questions other than ‘that option just costs more.’ I haven’t received a bid yet from Controlling Systems, but so far their intuitiveness and attention to the obstacles of my old home was appreciated!
