Great company! The guys showed up on time and explained everything thoroughly. Were very friendly, took care of the things in my house that needed to be moved to get the job done. I felt very comfortable in the services that I bought after their explanations.
UPDATE: Apex contacted me about my negative experience, and sent a quality control manager to my home to inspect the work that had been completed. All quality issues noted in my review were acknowledged and corrected by the quality control manager himself. It was explained to me that Apex does not use a large vacuum at the trunks, to create negative pressure, but that the method they use is a certified process. Brandon was awesome! He explained the vent cleaning process, took care to protect corners and the floor under the vacuum used for cleaning and cleaned up any debris that was created. 5 stars!
