We've had an excellent experience with B&B since arriving in Colorado a year ago. Their techs have all been friendly and competent. Rod Davila came out to do our fall inspection earlier this week and took extra time to explain what he was working on, especially when clearing sediment from our steam humidifier. He also provided guidance on how often we should change our air filters. Highly recommended.Services: HVAC system maintenance

The sales associate arrived at our scheduled appointment, assessed our home including the present A/C and Furnace and gave us (3) estimates (good, better and best) and explained in detail the benefits of each one.My Wife and I discussed it for several days and after comparing it with 3 other HVAC companies, we contracted to have the BETTER package to be installed.B & B Heating & A/C scheduled our install date, the technician arrived on time that day.
