“Last summer thieves ruined my outside air compressor when they attempted to steal the copper tubing. I received 4 estimates, including one from Xcel Energy.Delta T saved me thousands of dollars and gave me a much more efficient model than the other contractors. Everyone at Delta T was friendly and very knowledgeable.Jason did NOT try to sell me a more expensive model or additional equipment. Instead he talked me out of changing some of my ducts to improve cooling in the summer.After installation, I had a minor problem with the thermostat. When I called I talked to a real person and they were out that day to fix it.Jason also gave me excellent advice about leaving my furnace blower fan on which has made my home more comfortable, especially in summer.I can't say enough about how great it is to deal with an honest, trustworthy, local, family business!!!“

“I recently hired Derek and his team of installers to replace all of the carpeting in our house. I've been dreading this process for years simply because I'd have to move all of our furniture out of all of the rooms and knew it would make a mess in the process. Knowing this was an investment, I wanted to take my time to make sure I picked out the right color. Derek let me keep the swatches for a good week until I felt comfortable with my choice, and then told me to call him when I was ready to move forward. A few days before the install I asked him what I needed to do to get the house ready. He told me just to move the breakable items and remove the bedding, and that they would take care of the rest. I had my doubts and put the larger pieces of furniture on sliders. As promised, the installers did the rest. They even moved the furniture back to their original place. I was really impressed with their attention to detail and overall cleanliness. I don't think I've ever had a project go so smoothly. Derek, thank you for the wonderful customer service.“

“The windows are great and I love them. Quality product. Working with the sales team was the most challenging part of the whole thing. They wouldn’t call back and I had to escalate issues and was then disappointed with the managers handling of the issue. Part of my order was covered by insurance and some windows I paid for. I had to submit an itemized receipt to my insurance and they wouldn’t give it to me. They made it very difficult. The installers were also awesome. Overall pleased but not having good managers who can get involved and actually help was super annoying.“

“I had a frozen cold water line, after the latest Denver cold freeze. Called Dustin (manager) on a Sunday afternoon (very good customer service). He was able to get me a plumber, named Jason, out the next day. Jason, came out, looked at it, tried to thaw the pipes. Unfortunately, the line had cracked in the ground. The Price was affordable, Jason, Sam, and Charlie were very professional. This company is upfront about the cost, were on time every day, and have great plumbers, like Jason, Sam and Charlie, who went above and beyond in the process. I have been burned by other plumbing companies. This company will now be my go for Plumbing, Hvac services.“

“My furnace suddenly stopped blowing warm air last week during the cold snap. Not ideal!! I called Valiant and spoke with Zach. He came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was able to get it running again and just charged me the trip charge. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!“
