“I would highly recommend Mercury Heat & Air. Our AC stopped working. We called Mercury and they sent somebody out that day to diagnose the problem. So many diagnostic services are a glorified sales pitch. But not their diagnostic! Their diagnostic was thorough and Taylor, the first technician to come out, really seemed to be trying to solve our problem and figure out what was wrong with our unit. Thankfully, he did find the problem and the very next day, Taylor, Ray, and Todd came out to repair our AC unit and get it working again. All three of the technicians were incredibly professional, took time to explain what was happening, and worked quickly to get our AC unit back up and running. I also appreciated that all three of them, but especially Ray, were upfront about costs and worked hard to find us the cheapest solution to the problem. Other HVAC techs we've worked with have tried to upsell solutions we don't need. Greatly appreciate the honesty and customer service provided. They were able to put us on their schedule promptly and even had Saturday availability. “We've hed these guys perform several jobs and there's a reason we keep coming back. Recently, we had the please of working with Andrew for an AC inspection, as our unit is on the way out.

Not only was Andrew highly experienced and professional, his background knowledge and explanation was a welcomed addition.

I was able to chat with him as he worked and I received a history lesson in AC units and the types of coolants that have existed over the years.

“My name is Jon Williams and I had the pleasure of having Alex and Sam out at my house in Castle Rock to clean all of my air ducts. I heard how cleaning our air ducts could improve the air quality of our house and help with allergies. We moved in our home 6 years ago and we have pets and the previous owners had them too, out of desperation for my wife’s allergies we decided it was time to try Monster Vac. We could not fit this appointment into our schedule between Monday and Friday and we were very grateful when Alex and Sam volunteered to come out on a Saturday to get us taken care of! Both of them were extremely courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable. Alex took the time to explain to me their entire process so that I knew exactly what to expect before they got started. He also showed me that they cleaned all of their tools and utensils prior to using them in our HVAC system to prevent cross-contamination from other homes. Once they were done, they showed me all of the before and after pictures and made sure that I was happy. To be honest the before pictures were disgusting with loads of dog hair lining the air ducts, it was obvious this was way overdue! The after pictures were impressive, they did a fantastic job! Furthermore, my wife has struggled with allergies for many, many years and woke up every morning sneezing and watering eyes. After the air duct cleaning, the VERY next day we had instant improvement! No more constant sneezing and no more watering eyes! I would strongly recommend Monster Vac to any of my neighbors, friends or family who are in need of getting their air ducts cleaned. The whole entire time they were here they respected my house and made sure that everything was cleaned up behind them once they were done.
