“I moved into a house several years ago and knew our air-conditioning wasn't going to last long. This summer it turned 30 years old! It finally started tripping our breaker during peak heat and we knew it was struggling. The compressor unit had an old Lakeside Heating A/C sticker still on it from the original install. I called the number and was pleasantly surprised they were in business after all these years! I also researched their glowing reviews, and I'm glad I went with them as the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable. We installed a new heat pump w/ furnace backup (our furnace was also 30 years old!) and the install was frictionless. I appreciate the cleanliness of their operations, they treated my house with care and it is clear they take pride in what they do. I highly recommended this HVAC company.“

Today it must be 100* outside, Fonz got it working again in the short amount of time he was here. Going forward, scheduled a deep clean so I can get the most out of my ancient system. “Had Vectra service my swamp cooler after I installed a motor myself and overtightened the belt. Nick came out, diagnosed the issue correctly, walked me through the fix, and then implemented it. It wasn’t cheap, but nothing is cheap these days.

Nick also nicely folded my ladder, put away my tools, gave me detailed instructions on how to lube and maintain my new bearings that he installed, and was generally very professional. I’ll try to DIY in the future but will call Vectra when I run into issues that exceed my capability or available time.“
