Tony, just this morning, came right on time.My 26 year old Lenox furnace stopped running yesterday, the overnight temp was 24*. Oddly, early this morning the furnace had started running!... how'd that happen??... but my house was cold. I thought I'd be purchasing a new furnace today. But instead of pushing me towards a big purchase, Tony performed all the necessary troubleshooting tests, gave me easy to understand explanations to my questions, fixed the source of the problem, then left my home a short time later with my furnace running and an affordable fee for his services.So polite, honest and respectful, kind and efficient.THANK YOU Tony and THANK YOU Lakeside !

I’ve used Lakeside for my furnace maintenance for several years and for our AC at my one property. They are also the only ones I trusted to take care of my mom’s furnace when she moved to Broomfield. Everyone we’ve interacted with each time are super nice, explain everything clearly, take care not to make a mess, and are reasonably priced. .Today sealed the deal on them being the only company we will ever use. We bought a new house six months ago and have had problems with our upstairs furnace The company our builder uses keeps coming up with random fixes to no avail.We were frustrated and called Lakeside for a consult.
