These guys installed our mini split last year and did a great job at a fair price - unit is still humming along without issues almost a year later.
But that's only part of the reason I'm writing this review. Since last year, we have had two problems with our (separate) central AC unit that they were able to completely resolve by troubleshooting for a few minutes over the phone with us. It's a bummer how rare this seems to be these days: a company that actually wants to help and educate its customers, instead of just being out to make a quick buck by sending out a tech for a $180 visit for any old problem.

I would highly recommend Lakeside for AC unit installation and service.
We used Lakeside to install a mini-split when my husband and I realized, days before I was due to give birth, that our new home's AC really wasn't cutting it upstairs. They were extremely accommodating and made our schedule work to get out and complete the work quickly. They made the tax rebate work easy, as well. The work done was excellent, efficient, and reasonably priced.
After this, we've called them a couple of times to have someone come out to evaluate what's wrong with our AC and each time they've fixed our problems by troubleshooting with us over the phone. We didn't have to...read full review
Had a great experience with Lakeside. Quotes were clear and reasonable, install was scheduled quickly, and the install went great - easy, friendly people (even nice to my dog), knowledgeable, and thorough.
