I loved working with Lakeside! They are a local, family owned business but with the professionalism and knowledge of a big shop. They were communicative and responsive every step of the way, and they made sure we were informed of everything we needed to get maximum rebates for our heat pump. We just had an installation completed by Lakeside for a new heat pump and furnace. I'm not an HVAC person and I tried to educate myself before hiring a contractor. I chose Lakeside because it was quickly apparent the level of service you get from a family operated business like this. Tony did our estimate and also the install along with Derrick. Before we signed the contract I called with questions and Tony's dad Bill was super helpful and more than willing to spend the time on the phone answering all my questions.
