Writing this to specifically to call out what a great experience I had with Steven as my technician. My old unit (very old) had a crack and it was dirty and had been leaking a while. I had several techs come out over the span of a week but Steven stood out. First of all, he was knowledgeable and took the time to do a thorough diagnosis. He also took the time to explain it and is an excellent communicator. I really didn’t want the expense of replacing the whole unit; whereas he could’be been a high pressure salesman about it, he was understanding. He is friendly and enthusiastic about his work.
