Benito came to our house for an annual maintenance of our HVAC system. I was fascinated with his description of how the thermostat and HVAC system work together to heat/cool our house. He also told me what to watch for on the thermostat if something goes wrong. He is such a nice guy and represents the company very well. He answered my questions thoroughly. When we need a new furnace we called AppleAire. They removed our not very old furnace that never seemed to work right and was very noisy. The owner technician told us that the furnace was much to large for the size of the house and replaced it with one that keeps the house comfortable and is very quiet. The house posed some problems in setting up the new furnace and the technician work diligently to solve the problem and make sure everything was running smoothly. On 05/15/2026, Alex and Mike, two techs from Apple Aire, came to my home to replace our 12 year old water heater. From the very start of our interaction, I was treated with courtesy and respect.
As Alex and Mike did their work, they explained to me what they were doing and why. This was refreshing, since my experience with some people in the service industry has not always been pleasant.
These two guys answered all of my many questions and did not seem to be bothered by them at all.
